Experience has shown that Chrome is currently the browser that works well with Blackboard. In the past problems have cropped up with Internet Explorer of Safari but those problems are no longer intermittent but pose regular problems. Monitoring the Help Desk we can't help but notice how many problems are resolved when a user switches to Chrome. We've communicated this message before but the issue is serious enough now to warrant an announcement. All browsers work with Blackboard, but the only one that currently works well is Chrome.
